Role Overview

We are seeking an on-site Desktop Infrastructure Engineer / IT Support Engineer (L1/L2) to deliver exceptional technical support. You will be responsible for troubleshooting end-user technology, managing assets, resolving incidents, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Provide on-site technical assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, mobile devices (iOS/Android), AV equipment, and collaboration tools in conference rooms.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve hardware failures, software conflicts, and network connectivity issues. Perform break-fix activities including part replacements and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Asset Management: Maintain accurate inventory of all IT equipment and accessories using ServiceNow CMDB. Execute asset tagging, tracking, documentation, staging, imaging, deployment, refresh cycles, and decommissioning in compliance with established policies.
• User Support & Onboarding: Deliver white-glove service to executive/VIP users. Facilitate new hire onboarding by preparing workstations for technology transitions.
