Desktop Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will possess a BE/B.Tech in Computer/IT and a strong understanding of Windows operating systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and supporting desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals. You will be responsible for resolving software, hardware, and basic network issues. Practical experience with Active Directory for user account management and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is essential. Proficiency in using ITSM ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira, along with experience in remote support tools like SCCM remote assistant and Remote Desktop, is required. Additional skills include advanced knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems, a thorough understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and VLANs. Familiarity with IT project management and strong communication skills are highly desirable.
