We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Engineer L1 to provide essential day-to-day technical support to our employees. This role involves diagnosing and resolving a variety of hardware and software issues through direct user interaction. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical problems, rectifying faults, and escalating complex issues as needed. You will ensure timely and effective resolution of user queries and complaints, contributing to the evaluation of hardware and software to recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure. This position is ideal for individuals with approximately 1-2 years of practical experience, possessing a strong foundation typically gained through a professional degree. You will be expected to continuously enhance your own knowledge, share best practices, and develop effective solutions, actively contributing to the improvement of daily activities and processes.
