Role: Desktop Engineer / Digital Workplace Expert (DWE)

Mandatory Skills:

• Windows 10/11 Administration
• Microsoft Intune, SCCM (Configuration Manager), Autopilot / Autopatch
• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Online)
• Desktop Imaging & OS Deployment
• Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365
• Active Directory & Group Policy, Patch Management
• Endpoint Security & Compliance, Incident & Problem Management

Preferred Skills:

• JAMF Administration & MacOS Management
• VMware Workspace / VDI, Tanium
• Powershell Scripting, Citrix, ServiceNow
• Vulnerability Management, Mobile Device Management (MDM)

Key Responsibilities:

You will build and deploy OS images using SCCM/Intune, administer Microsoft 365 solutions, manage Windows Autopilot/Autopatch, handle application lifecycle management, ensure patching and vulnerability remediation, provide L2/L3 support for end-user computing issues, troubleshoot hardware/software problems, create technical documentation/SOPs, participate in major incidents/root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of full-time education
• Achievement of at least the 50th percentile in Class 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
