Full Job Description
- A degree or diploma in web/multimedia/graphic design, or any related field
- Black Belt proficiency required in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Corel Draw, Flash) with strong knowledge of HTML and CSS constraints
- Demonstrated experience or solid working knowledge of Mobile-first design techniques
- Able to work independently yet collaboratively to complete projects with exceptional attention to detail
- Must possess a robust portfolio showcasing high-quality designs for both Indian and global audiences
- Effective communicator within cross-functional teams, capable of presenting ideas clearly
- Strong problem solver who develops creative solutions by evaluating multiple alternatives
- Deep understanding of web site performance optimization
- Takes ownership as required; demonstrates strong leadership skills
- Possesses management capabilities to guide and develop team members
- Responsible for conceptualizing, designing graphic images, branding websites & interface applications
- Visualize and create information architecture & user task flows
- Collaborate with Information Architects, UX Analysts, and other stakeholders to design innovative interaction solutions
- Conduct workshops with clients/users to understand brand attributes, business objectives, and user needs
- Analyze functionality requirements and propose value-added solutions
- Create cutting-edge website layouts/graphics including interactive demos, info diagrams/icons/promos/banners using Photoshop/Illustrator/Flash as needed
- Apply design research techniques such as persona/scenario development
- Present design ideas/concepts via mockups/storyboards/wireframes/prototypes for internal/client feedback and approval
- Aactively involved in production; coordinate quality during conversion of designs to HTML code
- Collaborate with content/copywriters to deliver effective messaging aligned with product goals
- Benchmark design best practices by tracking leading innovators online
- Implement user experience principles consistently across all designs
