Role Overview: Designer, Development - IIoT (Advantage+Elite)

Husky Technologies is seeking a talented Designer to develop IIoT systems and ensure seamless integration within the Advantage+Elite monitoring platform. You will oversee prototype IoT device installations, ensuring system compatibility, stable connectivity, and efficient data processing in industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement IIoT devices with integrated software and network interfaces.
• Create secure, reliable IIoT architectures for consistent cloud-to-device data flow.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (with product managers, hardware engineers, data scientists) to define requirements and deliver complete solutions.
• Conduct R&D on emerging IoT technologies and methodologies.
• Test, validate, and troubleshoot systems for stability, efficiency, and security.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards regarding data privacy, cybersecurity, and interoperability.
• Provide technical documentation including architecture diagrams, user guides, and specs.
• Monitor performance of deployed systems and implement necessary updates/upgrades.

Tech Stack & Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Controls Engineering or equivalent experience (3+ years).
• Strong understanding of Azure services and cloud architecture.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Java, Node.js, Python, plus scripting tools like Azure CLI/Powershell.
• Knowledge of Azure security (RBAC) and identity management.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools (Azure Data Factory, Kusto, Synapse).
• Experience with microservices architectures, Docker, AKS, etc.
