Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement IIoT devices and systems with integrated software and network interfaces for the Advantage+Elite monitoring platform.
• Oversee installation of prototype IoT devices in industrial environments to ensure system compatibility and stable connectivity.
• Create secure, reliable IIoT architectures ensuring consistent data flow between devices and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, hardware engineers, and data scientists to define requirements and deliver complete solutions.
• Evaluate emerging IoT technologies through research and development activities.
• Test, validate, troubleshoot systems for stability, efficiency, security, and industry compliance (data privacy, cybersecurity).
• Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams, user guides, and specifications.

Tech Stack & Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical/Controls Software Engineering. You should have 3+ years of industry experience with strong proficiency in C#, .NET, Java, Node.js, Python, and scripting tools like Azure CLI.

Essential skills include knowledge of Azure services (Data Factory, Kusto, Synapse), microservices architectures, containerization (Docker, AKS), and identity management (RBAC). Candidates must be passionate about excellence, environmental responsibility, and bold goals.
