Role Overview

This is a full-time remote position combining designer and technical responsibilities within the apparel development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will translate design concepts into precise technical packages, ensuring accurate garment construction and consistent fit for various product categories including shirts, knits, bottoms, suits, blazers, and custom programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update comprehensive technical specs and tech packs to ensure production-ready garments.
• Review samples meticulously, coordinate fittings, and provide constructive feedback to pattern makers and production teams.
• Collaborate with sourcing, quality control, and logistics partners to maintain high construction standards and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• Support timely production schedules while contributing to the continuous improvement of design workflows and documentation processes.

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for a professional who:

1. Possesses strong skills in Technical Design, Garment Construction, Fitting, Pattern Making, and Product Architecture thinking.
2. Has experience across multiple product categories (shirts, knits, bottoms, suits, blazers).
3. Is proficient with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Illustrator, CAD pattern software, or PLM systems.
4. Excels in communication to manage remote teams and international stakeholders effectively.
5. Demonstrates strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
