Design Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Design Engineer to spearhead detailed designs and structural plans for advanced ropeway systems. You will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with rigorous industry standards while delivering tailored solutions that meet project-specific needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Engineering: Develop comprehensive design documents and structural blueprints, utilizing advanced software tools to create precise, efficient solutions.
• Safety & Validation: Conduct rigorous structural analysis and simulations to validate integrity, ensuring the highest safety benchmarks are met without compromising cost-efficiency or quality.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, procurement, and construction units to ensure seamless execution from concept to reality. Review and approve critical design modifications aligned with strategic goals.
• Innovation & Strategy: Monitor emerging technologies in ropeway systems to incorporate innovative solutions into our designs. Prepare high-level technical documentation for stakeholders and support the Head of Design Engineering in process improvements.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience: 5–10 years of hands-on experience in detailed design and structural engineering, specifically within infrastructure projects.
• Expertise: Proven track record in client coordination and delivering project-specific solutions. Advanced certifications are preferred but not mandatory given the required industry depth.
