Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Design Engineer – EV to join our R&D team at ISIEINDIA Pvt. Ltd. in Noida Sector 63, India.
Your Mission:
You will play a pivotal role in designing and developing next-generation EV components, including battery pack assembly tables, lab workbenches, and vehicle integration systems using advanced CAD tools like SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, or Creo. You will drive innovation through rigorous testing, validation, and performance analysis of electric mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
CAD Modeling & Design: Create precise 3D models and detailed engineering drawings for EV components using industry-standard software (SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD/Creo).Battery System Development: Lead the design of battery packs, focusing on BMS integration, safety standards, and thermal management.Prototyping & Lab Setup: Design and build custom EV lab workbenches and assembly tables to facilitate rapid prototyping and testing cycles.R&D Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge EV concepts from concept to prototype within Noida Sector 63.Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive BOMs, technical manuals, and compliance reports aligned with automotive safety norms.What We're Looking For:
Education: B.Tech / M.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.Experience: 1–4 years of hands-on experience specifically in EV design and architecture is essential.Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and understanding of motor/controller integration. Familiarity with simulation tools like ANSYS is a plus.Safety First: Strong commitment to following automotive safety standards for battery systems and vehicle structures.Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month (in-hand).Type: Full-time Permanent role with on-site presence required in Noida.
