About the Role

We are looking for a talented Design & Development Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team across India. This role is perfect for individuals with 1 to 10 years of experience in design engineering, eager to contribute to the creation of new products and the enhancement of existing designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design and development of innovative engineering solutions for diverse projects.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meticulously define project specifications and requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and technical analyses to inform critical design decisions.
• Utilize advanced CAD software to generate precise engineering drawings and detailed specifications.
• Oversee the testing and evaluation of prototypes, ensuring they meet stringent design specifications and all applicable regulatory standards.
• Actively participate in design reviews, offering constructive feedback to optimize product design.
• Maintain thorough and organized documentation for all design processes and product development stages.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Exhibit a strong foundational understanding of core engineering principles and established design processes.
• Experience with simulation and modeling tools is considered a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with various manufacturing processes and materials is essential.
