Design And Development Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tool Design Engineer for our HPDC division. The ideal candidate will leverage up to 5 years of expertise in die casting design using UG-NX software to drive process innovation and quality excellence.

Key Technical Responsibilities:

• Expert knowledge of comprehensive die design principles, specifically utilizing PQ2 standards for gate and runner optimization.
• Mastery of HPDC machine parameters with a focus on continuous process optimization.
• Proficient usage of Magmasoft simulation tools for analysis and interpretation to ensure casting integrity.
• Demonstrated ability in preparing detailed Design for Manufacturing (DFM) documentation.

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, essential for global collaboration.
• Proficiency in creating technical presentations using MS PowerPoint to convey complex engineering concepts effectively.
