Deputy Manager

Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (VOIS) is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Analytics Specialist for its Real Estate team in Ahmedabad, India. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial reconciliations and providing analytical reports to support strategic decision-making for senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, foundational accounting knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with German language knowledge being a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Extract and analyze reports from SAP REFX and FI modules.
• Perform comprehensive tagging and site-wise mapping of general ledger line items.
• Conduct detailed reconciliations between payables and receivables on a site-by-site basis.
• Prepare and present reconciliation summaries and supporting documentation to senior management.
• Respond to queries and provide clear explanations to leadership and clients.
• Maintain and monitor robust process controls.
• Apply lease accounting principles and procedures effectively.
• Achieve key performance indicators related to accuracy, quality, and timeliness.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills; German language knowledge is preferred.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• High attention to detail and an analytical approach to tasks.
