Deputy Manager - Cyber Security in Ahmedabad, India

Adani Enterprises Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager for Cyber Security to join their team in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial for safeguarding the company's IT and Operational Technology (OT)/Internet of Things (IoT) environments.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the implementation and support of cybersecurity measures for both IT and OT/IoT systems.
• Contribute to security design and control discussions for various security projects.
• Deploy and manage OT security solutions, including Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS) and risk monitoring tools.
• Propose and implement enhancements to the company's OT/IoT infrastructure security.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for OT/IoT security projects.
• Conduct regular security assessments of OT systems to identify and prioritize vulnerabilities.
• Evaluate the security architecture of OT systems and recommend improvements to bolster resilience against cyber threats.
• Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to protect sensitive data.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay abreast of the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously enhance the security posture of OT systems.
• Cultivate a culture of learning, excellence, and innovation within the team and across departments.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure continuous professional development for all team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Communication, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of hands-on experience in OT environments, with a focus on OT security, including technology deployment and operations.
• Solid understanding of OT processes, network devices, cloud infrastructure, and security tools such as IDS/AV/AD/WSUS/Syslog.
• Familiarity with industry security standards and frameworks like IEC 62443, NIST, and ISO 27001.
• Experience with security testing tools and automation is beneficial.
• Relevant OT security certifications such as GICSP or IEC-62443 are a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to stay updated with emerging security trends, threats, and technologies.
