Role Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and SMS chat from customers and field technical representatives regarding station deployment and activation.
- Initiate outbound calls to customers to assist them with onboarding to our platform, managing the end-to-end onboarding-to-activation journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or missing information on sales orders.
- Accurately document case details in the internal system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Provide support to a diverse B2B client base, including Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), third-party sellers, and large enterprises.
- Ensure smooth deployment and activation experiences by proactively managing communications and dependencies.
- Shift Timing: 5 AM PST to 6 PM PST (US Working Window).
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts (any 5 days between Monday to Sunday) with weekly offs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong ability to interpret and correlate Sales Orders with actual deployment requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, crucial for client and stakeholder interactions.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated team player with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to reach out to relevant stakeholders to obtain missing or additional information.
- Proficiency in managing the entire onboarding to activation journey for clients.
- Experience in managing and guiding B2B clients, including SMEs, third-party sellers, and large conglomerates.
- Flexibility to work any 5 days (Monday to Sunday) on rotational shifts with weekly offs.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support roles, preferably within Telecom, IT, Networking, or related industries.
- Graduate degree in a technical stream: B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (focusing on Electrical, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or similar fields).
- Proven experience managing both inbound and outbound calls.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup (4 days in-office, 1 day work-from-home).
