Position Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager Demand & Supply Planner to join our client's team, a leading FMCG manufacturer/distributor based in Mumbai. This role is critical for optimizing inventory levels and aligning supply chain operations with market demand.

About the Role:

Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data, SAP IBP tools, and collaboration with sales/marketing teams.
Manage stock levels to prevent stockouts and overstocks while minimizing obsolete inventory.
Serve as the primary interface between Sales, Marketing, Finance, QA, IT, and external vendors (FG & SFG).

Requirements:

Candidate must possess an MBA(SCM), BE/B.Tech(Industrial/Production), BBA, or B.Com with 2+ years of experience in demand/supply planning within the FMCG sector. Proficiency in ERP/SAP and analytical skills are essential.
