Delivery Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of 10–12 projects across multiple practices, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality outcomes. This role requires strong program governance skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in Cloud Migration, Data Engineering, AI/ML, GenAI, Application Development, and DevOps.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Leadership: Own delivery execution across multiple practices; drive risk management and escalation handling.
- Customer Management (ANZ Focus): Act as the primary interface for ANZ customers, build CXO-level relationships, lead QBRs and steering committees to align outcomes with business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Oversight: Ensure seamless coordination across shared delivery teams and practices globally.
- Financial Ownership: Manage P&L including revenue assurance, margin management, cost optimization, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead Program Managers, Architects, and Project Managers; foster a high-performance culture focused on talent development and succession planning.
Governance & Quality
Establish robust governance models, KPIs, and dashboards ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards while driving continuous improvement in delivery maturity.
