Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment delivery process for a diverse portfolio of clients spanning various industries and technological stacks.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, in-depth requirement analysis, and strategic delivery alignment.
• Effectively delegate tasks and manage a team of recruiters to ensure the achievement of hiring targets within stipulated deadlines.
• Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics and performance indicators, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify and implement process enhancements and optimize resource planning.
• Proactively manage and resolve escalations to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Oversee the smooth onboarding of successfully placed candidates and conduct post-placement follow-ups.
