Full Job Description
We are seeking a Delivery Management Leader in Fintech to lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI solutions. In this role, you will oversee strategic planning, implementation, governance, and post-implementation support for client engagements, ensuring alignment with enterprise AI objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, business analysis, architecture, DevOps) to deliver scalable, efficient AI solutions.
- Managing multi-project portfolios, adherence to scope, schedule, quality, and budget compliance while tracking operational KPIs.
- Developing and maintaining delivery strategies, resolving impediments, and managing client expectations.
- Setting up engineering processes (EngX), guiding teams, and facilitating project kick-offs with client stakeholders.
- Conducting regular touchpoints (weekly with EPAM teams, bi-weekly/monthly with clients) to ensure alignment and progress.
- Identifying risks, optimizing SDLC inefficiencies, and upselling evolving projects.
