Delivery Management Leader – AI Productivity Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic Delivery Management Leader to spearhead the successful execution of high-impact AI productivity solutions for our clients across various industries. This pivotal role demands a strong foundation in application development (Java/.Net) and extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). The ideal candidate will excel at leading large, cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient AI solutions that accelerate time-to-market and unlock significant business value.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete end-to-end delivery lifecycle for client engagements, encompassing strategic planning, implementation, governance, and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of delivery metrics, including scope, schedule adherence, quality, budget compliance, and operational KPIs across all projects.
  • Manage multi-project portfolios and large cross-functional teams, fostering seamless collaboration among engineering, quality assurance, business analysis, architecture, and DevOps functions.
  • Own and manage the program governance model, engaging stakeholders at all delivery levels and ensuring alignment on key deliverables, risks, and financial health.
  • Assume full accountability for client portfolio financials, including revenue recognition, profitability, margin improvement, budget forecasting, and the implementation of corrective action plans.
  • Identify and drive cost optimization and OPEX reduction initiatives through automation, resource optimization, and the enhancement of delivery models.
  • Monitor resource utilization, productivity metrics, and workforce optimization strategies to ensure alignment with program outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison for senior-level relationships, translating complex business challenges into actionable delivery strategies and maintaining close alignment with client objectives.
  • Conduct Steering Committee sessions and executive-level communications to provide comprehensive delivery updates, propose innovative solutions, and manage escalations effectively.
  • Build, lead, and mentor large, distributed teams, cultivating a high-performance culture and driving talent development through dedicated mentoring and coaching.
  • Mediate resource conflicts, resolve escalations, and ensure timely delivery deadlines are met, proactively planning for contingencies with robust mitigation actions.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks to safeguard delivery schedules and client KPIs, ensuring service continuity during high-pressure situations.
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, develop strategies for expanding the organization's footprint, and collaborate closely with sales and pre-sales teams on RFPs, SOWs, and business proposals.
  • Drive continuous innovation for client projects through automation, process enhancements, and the adoption of emerging technologies, promoting best practices in cloud-native applications, data platforms, AI/ML, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Lead end-to-end AI program delivery, including the execution of Agentic AI and AI productivity solutions, management of delivery roadmaps, implementation of AI accelerators, and establishment of KPIs for tracking and improving delivery efficiency.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 15 years of IT experience, with at least 8 years in dedicated delivery leadership roles.
  • A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in AI/ML projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise-scale AI programs, including experience with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and automation use cases.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native AI services offered by AWS or Azure.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale enterprise programs across diverse industries such as BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare, Retail, or Life Sciences.
  • Strong ability to influence and manage senior-level client stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and CXOs, while cultivating trusted, long-term relationships.
  • A pragmatic leadership approach to effectively resolve escalations, manage conflicts within delivery teams, and overcome program challenges.
  • Familiarity with modern engineering technologies and delivery methodologies, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, DevOps, data analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI, BigQuery), and automation frameworks like RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism).
  • Understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and SLA-driven managed services delivery.
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional Waterfall-based delivery models.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills, particularly in high-pressure situations and for improving delivery performance.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and consistently deliver results under challenging timelines.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities essential for fostering effective team and client collaboration.
