We are seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant with extensive hands-on Agile delivery experience to spearhead project execution within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. This role demands comprehensive end-to-end project delivery oversight and close collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate end-to-end project delivery using Agile principles, with adaptability to hybrid Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Serve as a hands-on delivery lead, actively engaging with project teams beyond ceremonial facilitation.
  • Configure, manage, and optimize Jira for precise project tracking, backlog management, sprint planning, and insightful reporting.
  • Ensure efficient sprint execution, effective backlog prioritization, and diligent delivery tracking.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated Power BI dashboards for comprehensive delivery metrics, progress monitoring, and executive-level reporting.
  • Foster strong collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of delivery objectives.
  • Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Champion the adoption of Agile best practices while ensuring flexibility within hybrid delivery frameworks.
  • Provide data-driven insights into delivery performance and trends.
  • Engage in OP's monthly team meetings and contribute to team-building initiatives.
  • Participate in OP's technical discussions and contribute to peer reviews.
  • Contribute valuable content and collaborate through the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide timely status reports to OP Account Management as required.

Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Jira, with demonstrated experience executing and managing projects using the platform.
  • Proven experience configuring Jira workflows, dashboards, boards, and reporting structures.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI for delivery reporting and data visualization.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively integrate Agile and Waterfall approaches based on program requirements.
  • Experience navigating and succeeding in complex, cross-functional delivery environments.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the automotive or manufacturing industries.
  • Relevant Agile certifications such as CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise delivery programs.
