About The Role
You will be part of BCG's X Delivery team, working closely with consulting teams on advanced topics. You will leverage software development methodologies to deliver value across Consulting & X (case) teams, Product teams, and Practice Areas by providing developer subject matter expertise and execution support.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, specify, design, develop, deliver, and support high-quality software solutions for client needs.
- Create robust proprietary code translating business logic into project requirements with an emphasis on security best practices.
- Provide system design recommendations to ensure high reusability and maintainability of systems.
Your Profile
You are strong in solutioning across the entire software development lifecycle. You possess excellent communication skills, can establish credibility with demanding stakeholders, and are comfortable working on non-deterministic AI systems through evidence-based debugging rather than assumptions.
