Deal Processing Specialist

Stenn is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Deal Processing Specialist to join its Operations team in Delhi. This newly created role is pivotal in defining and enhancing the customer deal processing experience for both existing and new product offerings. The specialist will manage deal validation, preparation, and document generation, while also supporting bespoke requirements for non-standard deals and pilots to ensure timely and efficient transaction execution.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming deals with commercial acumen, proactivity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Handle incoming lead requests promptly, including those not yet booked in internal systems.
• Verify deal structures and types for compliance with internal requirements.
• Provide deal processing visibility to Sales and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain supplier and buyer accounts in internal systems to ensure readiness for financing.
• Manage pricing settings in internal systems for all standard and non-standard deals, pilots, and structured leads.
• Process pilots not booked in internal systems, including document issuance and signature management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Operations policies and procedures, ensuring ongoing Client Management compliance.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all deal processing activities.
• Share regular feedback with the Client Management Business Analyst and Tech team to facilitate continuous improvement of processes, policies, and internal systems.
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Risk, and Sales departments to align on deal processing requirements.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve non-technical deal processing issues to ensure timely customer funding, maintaining consistent communication with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in trade finance, structured trade finance, or a related sector.
• A background in financial operations or similar roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with a willingness to quickly learn new software and systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong focus on achieving results and driving operational excellence to support company growth.
