EY is seeking a Senior Developer with expertise in React to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing large, complex web application architectures. You will define component standards, govern data representation and integration, and document solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities include creating sound project plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, identifying, managing, and mitigating risks. You will also build strong relationships across the business to understand data needs, applying deep technical knowledge to solve complex problems and proactively proposing new solutions and technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing innovative and practical designs for enterprise data architecture, leveraging advanced technical capabilities.
• Building reusable front-end components and libraries for future use.
• Guiding team members in resolving complex data architecture issues and solving escalated project challenges.
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Monitoring project progress and quality.
• Reviewing and developing due diligence to ensure solution compliance with architectural designs.
• Maintaining software throughout its lifecycle, including design, development, verification, and bug fixing.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Experience designing and conducting research with recently developed technologies.
• Proficiency in UI Architecture and Design.
• Capability to define standards for UI design and development.
• Experience building highly scalable products.
• Ability to identify software packages and solutions, develop RFPs, and evaluate vendor proposals.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• ReactJS experience with 2+ years of production development.
• Excellent JavaScript skills with 6+ years of development experience.
• 4+ years in Web development.
• UI/UX and architecture skills.
• Awareness of JSON, REST, and Web Services.
• Familiarity with testing tools like Protractor, Karma, or Jasmine.
• Thorough understanding of React JS and its core principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript OOPs concepts.
• Strong problem-solving approach.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React JS and its core principles, with experience in workflows like Flux or Redux.
• Strong command over HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Token.
• Experience with front-end development tools such as Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Experience with testing and writing unit test scripts/specs (Karma, Jasmine).
• Familiarity with code versioning tools and DevOps.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Angular2+ experience.
• Experience in Redux.
• AWS/Azure or other cloud exposure.
• SSO, LDAP, OAuth, SSL integration exposure.
• Experience in emerging technologies like IoT, AI/ML.
