As part of the NCLC team, you'll deliver solutions for specific Microsoft accounts, working with the latest Microsoft BI technologies and collaborating across Consulting services. We are seeking experienced professionals for our Data Insights team with expertise in Microsoft BI, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks. This is a significant opportunity to contribute to a leading firm and shape our service offerings.

Your responsibilities will include managing multiple client engagements, analyzing business requirements to create information architecture and solution approaches, and independently gathering, cleansing, and transforming data. You will translate business needs into technical code, develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports with DAX calculations, and design and build ETL processes using Azure Data Factory. Additionally, you will design and develop solutions in Databricks using Scala, Spark, and SQL for large dataset processing and data modeling, and create SQL schemas, stored procedures, functions, and T-SQL queries.

Success in this role requires collaboration, strong stakeholder management, and experience leading teams to deliver high-quality work within timelines. Essential skills include proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query), Azure Data Factory, Databricks (Spark, PySpark/Scala), Azure Synapse, and Data Modelling. You should have a good understanding of Azure data services (Blob Storage, ADLS Gen2, SQL Database/Synapse Analytics) and strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle, SQL, or Azure SQL. Experience with SSAS/Azure SSAS, Agile Project Management, and basic knowledge of Azure Machine Learning are beneficial. Excellent written and communication skills, a quick learning ability, and strong project management skills are also crucial.

To qualify, you should have a bachelor's or master's degree and 4-7 years of experience, preferably in professional services. Consulting experience and excellent communication skills are preferred. Analytical ability, the capacity to manage multiple projects, and the ability to work independently are ideal.
