EY GDS Consulting Digital is seeking experienced web content management experts, particularly with Microsoft Office 365 expertise, to join our Enterprise Content Management team. This role offers an opportunity to work with clients across various regions, contributing to the growth of our ECM Collaboration Consulting practice.

The opportunity:

Join our ECM Collaboration Consulting team as an O365 development and implementation specialist. This is a significant opportunity to be part of a leading firm and play a key role in expanding our service offerings.

Your key responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality solution and infrastructure deliverables using strong coding and programming skills, meeting project timelines and specifications.
• Engage in coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development lifecycle, contributing to complex project aspects.
• Maintain and enhance systems by resolving complex errors, identifying risks, and escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with users to gather detailed requirements and translate designs and solution architecture into technical specifications.
• Monitor and report on potential risks and opportunities presented by emerging technologies, actively seeking continuous improvement.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant processes, procedures, standards, and technical designs.
• Develop and advocate for best practices in usage, operations, and development.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills with a drive for continuous learning and adoption.

Skills and attributes:

• 4-7 years of development experience in O365 implementation.
• Proficiency in SharePoint SPFx, C#, ASP.Net with MVC, JavaScript, and tools for client-side solutions within Office 365.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Architecture Design (Extranet & Intranet).
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) solutions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React JS, AngularJS, Fluent UI, Knockout JS, HTML5, CSS, Ajax, JSON, and jQuery.

Core Skills:

• SharePoint: SPFx, PnP Framework, PowerShell
• Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents
• Dataverse: Data modeling, APIs, integration with Power Platform
• Web API Integration: REST, SOAP, authentication (OAuth, OpenID Connect)
• PCF Controls: React, TypeScript, PCF control framework

Desirable Skills:

• Microsoft Purview: Data governance, DLP, information protection
• Microsoft Syntex: AI-driven content processing, document understanding, classification, and generation
• AI Builder: Custom AI models, integration with Power Platform
• Microsoft 365 Copilot: Integration with M365 apps
• Azure DevOps: CI/CD, source control
• Microsoft Teams: App development, integration

Additional attributes:

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree.
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience, preferably with a background in a professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2013/2016/2019/o365.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps & Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, React JS, AngularJS & Fluent UI.
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell & PnP.
• Excellent communication skills with consulting experience preferred.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
• Ability to operate independently or with minimum supervision.
