Data Engineer / Data Analyst - Clinical Data Management

Growel Softech Private Limited is seeking a skilled Data Engineer / Data Analyst to manage and maintain corporate global clinical data. The primary focus will be ensuring the quality, integrity, and accessibility of this critical data across all major business units. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with clinical applications and data engineering tools, and will actively contribute to system testing, validation, and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically manage and maintain corporate clinical data across various business units.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues, conducting root cause analysis and collaborating closely with IT and business teams.
• Validate new and updated clinical data as it enters the data warehouse, ensuring accuracy through thorough research, cleansing, and merging processes.
• Perform ongoing profiling and analysis of clinical data, acting as a subject matter expert.
• Support system enhancements, issue resolution, and data integration projects in partnership with IT.
• Drive initiatives aimed at improving enterprise data integrity and optimizing process efficiency.
• Provide essential system support, including testing and training for applications that access clinical data.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, specifically working with clinical data.
• Hands-on experience with clinical applications such as Veeva, CTMS, and EDC.
• Strong practical experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, and ETL development.
• Proficiency in SQL, understanding of relational data models, and experience with data movement processes.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for effective interaction with both IT and business stakeholders.

This is a permanent position, offering a salary range of INR 400,000 to 1,200,000, suitable for candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
