Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Organization

• Collect, consolidate, and maintain accurate revenue, deployment, and resourcing data from internal stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation and cleaning before reporting and analysis.
• Manage a centralized repository for key business data.

Dashboard and Report Creation

• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI for real-time insights into key metrics like revenue, margins, and resource utilization.
• Create periodic reports using Excel and Google Sheets to summarize trends, KPIs, and account health insights.

Stakeholder Communication

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Delivery, and HR to ensure timely data updates and resolve discrepancies.
• Regularly follow up with stakeholders to maintain data accuracy and completeness.

Process Optimization and Automation

• Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and improve processes using automation tools or techniques.
• Ensure dashboards and reports are automatically updated where possible to reduce manual intervention.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role, with experience in handling large datasets and creating reports.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets for data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with data cleaning and consolidation techniques.

Communication and Collaboration Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple data streams and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Experience with SQL or Python for data extraction and analysis.
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Alteryx) or workflow management platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana).
