Responsibilities:

• Our Technical Data Specialists are crucial in ensuring clients receive accurate, high-quality datasets promptly.
• Collaborate with the development team throughout the 'Extraction-QA-Feedback-Delivery' lifecycle.
• Ensure clients receive precisely curated datasets, tailored and structured to their specific needs.
• Extract, Quality Control (QC), audit, and deliver approved datasets by set deadlines with a focus on absolute accuracy.
• Research and resolve issues related to data and provided tools.
• Identify and report bugs by analyzing trends and exceptions requiring fixes.
• Propose process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and structure.
• Implement automation solutions to strengthen and optimize QA processes.
• Work closely with developers to manage estimated times of arrival (ETAs) and deliverables.
• Support AI and RPA models by manually parsing data for delivery or process automation.
• Conduct preliminary domain-specific research to build subject matter expertise.
• Oversee end-to-end operational processes for daily project deliverables.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding ongoing projects.
• Act as a culture ambassador, embodying Forage AI's core values.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with XPath, SQL, or any query/coding language is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to perform under pressure.
• A quick learner with a strong analytical mindset, tech-savvy, and enjoys data-intensive work.
• An open-minded, motivated self-starter with a positive approach to problem-solving.
• An active listener capable of effectively translating instructions into actionable tasks.
