Job Responsibilities:

• Design and build data products, legal data layers, data streams, algorithms, and reporting systems such as dashboards and front ends.
• Ensure the correct design, performance, and scalability of solutions while adhering to cost control measures.
• Integrate data product design with DevOps and infrastructure practices.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and reference point within and outside the Analytics team.
• Act as a technical partner to Data Engineers for digital product implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or 10+ years of relevant Information Technology experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology, with a specialization in Data Engineering.
• In-depth understanding of database structure principles.
• Proven experience in gathering and analyzing system requirements.
• Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques.
• Expertise in SQL and Oracle.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Cognos, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with distributed systems.
• Capacity to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases and applications (e.g., Teradata, Redshift, MongoDB, or equivalents).
