Role Overview:The Data Scientist will be a member of the VCA Data Science team embedded at client office based in Bengaluru/Bangalore, India.

• Deliver Analytics Strategies

  You are accountable for delivery and implementation of analytics strategies as well as high-impact solutions for the client.

• Leverage Deep Expertise

  Bring deep expertise from credit cards and retail banking with a strong background in data analysis to solve complex problems and unlock business value.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Delivery: Execute and deliver data analytics projects for the Visa client. Drive credit card portfolio strategies using client data, third party sources (Visa data).
2. Cross-Functional Advocacy: Act as an analytics advocate within partners, advising teams on best practices and sharing case studies.
3. Strategic Innovation: Continually challenge assumptions around new sources of data, potential analytics partners, tools, talent, and infrastructure.
4. Best Practices Adoption: Explore leading methodologies and import successful techniques from other international markets.
5. Stakeholder Management: Effectively interact with clients and manage internal/external stakeholder communication.
