VWorker Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our remote team. This is a part-time, contractual role with an expected commitment of 15 hours per week, primarily focused on AI development and implementation.

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with a strong background in Python, Azure AI services, and agent-based AI architectures. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying intelligent AI agents utilizing the Model Context Protocol (MCP) framework. This role is crucial for enabling seamless interaction between AI models, enterprise tools, and data systems, with a focus on building LLM-powered applications, automation agents, and scalable cloud solutions on Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using MCP architecture.
• Build Python-based AI services and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Integrate LLMs and AI tools using MCP to connect models with APIs, databases, and external services.
• Develop and optimize AI workflows, tool calling, and multi-agent systems.
• Deploy AI solutions using Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, and Azure Kubernetes.
• Implement secure data access and context management for AI agents.
• Monitor and optimize AI model performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, DevOps teams, and product engineers to deploy production-ready AI solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or AI Agent frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services.
• Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar models).
• Knowledge of API integration, REST services, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and AI tool integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building multi-agent AI systems.
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with MLOps and AI observability tools.
