Full Job Description
Join Arista's growing WiFi Team at the Pune Development Center to advance our Cognitive WiFi solution. Arista has significant plans to expand its Pune-based Development Center in the coming years, making it an opportune time to join and influence the direction of this growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the Cognitive WiFi team to research and develop advanced techniques for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and automated remediation in Wi-Fi networks.
- Develop and evaluate Machine Learning models, measuring their effectiveness across Arista's global customer base.
- Design, develop, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for applications including natural language understanding, generation, summarization, and question-answering.
- Extract and analyze data from a diverse range of Wi-Fi networks.
- Create proof-of-concepts and deliver new features for Arista’s CloudVision Wi-Fi solution.
- Potentially share research findings and insights with the wider community through presentations and blog posts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI technologies.
- Proficiency in Python or R, and SQL.
- Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including a deep understanding of their architecture, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas (Python) or Tidyverse (R).
- Experience working with development environments like Jupyter or RStudio/RMarkdown notebooks.
