Data Scientist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Associate Data Scientist (1.6–2 years experience) to drive product development using Python, Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI. You will design and optimize solutions for real-world use cases involving LLMs, RAG pipelines, and scalable production features.

Key Responsibilities:

• ML & Model Development: Build Deep Learning models (classification, prediction) tailored to product needs.
• Generative AI Integration: Develop LLM-powered applications using GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.
• RAG Engineering: Construct RAG pipelines including document processing, chunking, embeddings, semantic search, and contextual response generation.
• NLP Solutions: Implement text preprocessing, tokenization, classification, NER, extraction, and summarization.
• Data & Analysis: Utilize Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL for data cleaning, EDA, and feature engineering.
• MLOps & Deployment: Package models using Docker/MLflow; build APIs with FastAPI; manage model lifecycle on cloud platforms.
• Vector Search: Leverage vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone) for knowledge retrieval applications.

Requirements:

• 1.6–2 years of experience in Data Science or Applied AI with Python proficiency.
• Mastery of ML libraries (Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Strong background in NLP and Generative AI concepts including prompt engineering and RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Hugging Face, Docker, Git, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS preferred).
