You will be instrumental in building advanced capabilities that leverage machine learning, with a specific focus on the NLP/GenAI domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated Machine Learning models.
• Partner with Product Management and cross-functional teams to clearly define problem statements, devise effective solution strategies, and architect scalable ML systems.
• Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) to create powerful GenAI features that deliver significant business value.
• Generate insightful data visualizations, comprehensive technical reports, and compelling presentations to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Successfully deploy ML models into production environments and establish robust monitoring frameworks to ensure optimal model performance, stability, and facilitate continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements:

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a closely related field.
• 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in Machine Learning projects, encompassing end-to-end model development, deployment, and optimization.
• A profound understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, their underlying mathematical principles, and practical real-world considerations.
• Demonstrated expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including but not limited to Named Entity Recognition, Information Retrieval, Text Classification, and Text-to-Text Generation.
• Practical experience with Generative AI (GenAI) applications, including proficiency in prompting, fine-tuning, and optimizing LLMs.
• Keen awareness of the latest advancements and emerging trends in GenAI, reflecting a dedication to ongoing learning in this dynamic field.
• Hands-on experience with popular ML frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and vLLM.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and/or Java.
• Experience utilizing SQL, Pandas, and PySpark for efficient and scalable data manipulation.
• Familiarity with microservice architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps best practices.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, coupled with a strong aptitude for collaborative teamwork.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, and OpenSearch.
• A track record of published research in AI/ML in reputable peer-reviewed journals or leading conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR).
• Previous experience applying AI/ML methodologies to cybersecurity use cases.
• Basic command of Unix/Linux environments for scripting and automation tasks.
