Data Scientist

TalentQuell is seeking hands-on GenAI/LLM practitioners who are curious, execution-focused, and possess strong practical experience with LLM tools, prompt engineering, and real-world applications. This role offers an opportunity to design and optimize AI-driven solutions for impactful business use cases within our network of leading Indian enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, refine, and manage high-quality prompts, workflows, and agent setups using cutting-edge LLM tools.
• Rapidly prototype GenAI applications leveraging existing APIs, platforms, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, bias, safety, and reliability to ensure robust deployment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams to translate innovative ideas into scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science (IIT CS/IT passouts preferred). You should have experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow and ideally a track record of publishing research or developing scalable AI systems. Proficiency in containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is highly valued.
