Data Scientist - Noida

Curapersonal Private Limited is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Data Scientist with 26 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning. This role is based in Noida. The ideal candidate will leverage data to generate actionable insights, build predictive models, and support strategic business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Exploration

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing.
• Write optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.

Machine Learning & Modeling

• Design, develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models (supervised and unsupervised).
• Implement algorithms for regression, classification, clustering, forecasting, and recommendation systems.
• Perform feature engineering and model tuning to improve performance.

Statistical Analysis

• Apply statistical techniques to test hypotheses and validate business assumptions.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimental design analysis.
• Perform predictive and prescriptive analytics to drive business strategy.

Data Visualization & Communication

• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Present findings and insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications for this Data Science role in Noida:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 26 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or R.
• Hands-on experience with: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
• Advanced SQL querying, joins, aggregations, and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, statistical modeling, probability, and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop.
• Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
• Domain experience in Finance, E-commerce, Healthcare, or SaaS is a plus.
