Role: AI Scientist

About the Role: As an AI Scientist, you will develop innovative machine learning solutions to address vital and complex business challenges. You will work on extracting trends and information from diverse user content, including resumes, job descriptions, and profile information, across various modalities like text, numbers, and images.

Responsibilities:

• Develop algorithms and systems to uncover unseen trends and information from user content (resumes, job descriptions, profiles) in various formats (numeric, structured/unstructured text, images).
• Identify new business problems solvable through machine learning and drive their execution with business buy-in.
• Develop data-driven ML solutions to enhance user experience via personalization and prediction of user preferences.
• Build intelligent systems to capture and model user behavior data for enriched content understanding.
• Utilize cutting-edge ML tools for NLP, deep learning, semantic search, and LTR to build accurate, scalable recommendation and information retrieval systems.
• Design solutions for scalable, real-time performance on large datasets, leveraging big data technologies for optimal infrastructure use and performance improvement.
• Engage in external forums, publish research papers, stay updated on the latest publications, and build professional networks.

Required Qualifications:

• PhD, MTech, or BTech with relevant experience from a Tier 1 campus.
• Strong fundamental understanding and research experience in machine learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Information Retrieval, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Applied knowledge of machine learning for solving real-world business problems, covering classification, regression, discriminative/generative models, supervised/unsupervised/semi-supervised learning, dimensionality reduction, feature extraction/selection/learning.
• Industry experience applying ML solutions to large-scale real-world data to build intelligent systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a research-oriented approach.
• Ability to capture, manage, create pipelines for, and process Big Data.
