Pluckk is seeking a talented Data Scientist to join their team in Mumbai, India. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage data for driving business insights, developing predictive models, and enabling data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to create scalable data solutions, enhance customer experiences, and optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to uncover actionable insights, identify trends and patterns, and provide data-backed recommendations to improve business performance.
• Machine Learning & Model Development: Build, train, and deploy various machine learning models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, recommendation systems). Continuously monitor and enhance model performance for use cases such as customer segmentation, churn prediction, and personalization.
• Data Engineering & Pipelines: Design and implement scalable data pipelines and workflows, ensuring data quality, reliability, and accessibility. Collaborate with engineering teams for seamless production deployment.
• Experimentation & Performance Tracking: Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine product features. Track key metrics, evaluate the impact of data-driven initiatives, and develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• AI & Innovation: Explore and implement AI and LLM-based solutions, staying abreast of advancements in AI, ML, and analytics. Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency enhancement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Data Science or Analytics.
• Proven experience with machine learning models, data handling, and analytics tools.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data tools is considered a plus.
