AWL Agri Business Ltd is seeking a talented Data Scientist to join their team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for analyzing complex datasets and developing, deploying, and scaling end-to-end Analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI solutions. The objective is to deliver measurable business value across various functions by owning the complete solution lifecycle, from initial data exploration and modeling to production deployment and ongoing performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze diverse structured and unstructured data to uncover insights and build data-driven solutions for business functions.
- Design, develop, and deploy comprehensive Analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI solutions to address critical business challenges and generate significant value.
- Oversee the entire solution design process, including data extraction, transformation, feature engineering, creating model-ready datasets, and defining solution architecture.
- Develop sophisticated GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, such as predictive models, optimization models, decision-support copilots, RAG-based workflows, and intelligent automation agents.
- Successfully deploy models into production environments, ensuring high standards of scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Continuously monitor model performance post-deployment, focusing on enhancing accuracy, robustness, stability, and user adoption.
- Foster close collaboration with business, product, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable and effective AI solutions.
Required Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Machine Learning techniques, and applied statistics.
- Demonstrated experience in designing hybrid analytical solutions that integrate ML models, rule-based logic, and business heuristics.
- Hands-on experience in building LLM-based applications, encompassing prompt engineering, retrieval systems, RAG architectures, and orchestration frameworks.
- Practical experience with the GCP ecosystem, specifically with services like BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Dataflow.
- Strong abilities in data modeling, data validation, and managing complex, real-world datasets.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, API development, containerization, and deploying AI/ML systems in production on cloud platforms.
