Data Scientist

The Role

As a Data Scientist at Great Learning, you will be instrumental in upholding the quality of our globally recognized flagship programs in analytics, data science, and artificial intelligence. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a superior learner support experience through prompt resolution of academic queries from learners, faculty, and mentors. You will lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing learner satisfaction, engagement, and learning outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with senior faculty, industry experts, and mentors to optimize learning delivery. Furthermore, you will develop and deploy analytics-powered solutions to continuously monitor and improve the learning experience, focusing on appropriateness, accuracy, richness, and overall outcomes by addressing diverse business challenges with data.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence. Proven experience in tackling end-to-end business problems or contributing to problem-solving journeys is essential. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and Python for data manipulation and deriving insights from large datasets is required (1+ year experience). Candidates should have experience in creating and utilizing machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling methods. Familiarity with open-source Deep Learning toolkits such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face is a must. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are crucial, enabling you to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
