Data Scientist

Join Birdeye as a Data Scientist for a full-time remote position. This role focuses on leveraging data science, AI/ML, GenAI, LLM, and NLP techniques to develop custom data models and algorithms. You will be responsible for building and implementing advanced machine learning models, performing prompt engineering and fine-tuning of AI/ML, GenAI, and LLM models, and utilizing NLP tools like Word2Vec, TextBlob, NLTK, SpaCy, Gensim, CoreNLP, BERT, and GloVe. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, deploying APIs using FastAPI/gRPC, and containerization with Docker is essential. You should also have experience with NoSQL/SQL databases and strong Python programming skills. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, and expertise in delivering end-to-end analytical solutions. Domain knowledge in Online Reputation Management or experience in a product-based company is a significant advantage. You will be expected to clearly communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to product managers and executives.
