Your Mission
- Conceptualize analytical solutions for business problems using statistical models and programming techniques.
- Apply machine learning solutions leveraging LLMs (Large Language Models) to solve complex issues.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
You will develop and fine-tune Gen AI models, design optimized AI-driven solutions for automation, work with cloud-based microservices architecture, apply DevOps/MLOps best practices, collaborate cross-functionally, ensure model reliability/performance/interpretability, build internal tools to enhance productivity, maintain coding standards (documentation/testing/logging), and stay updated on advancements in Deep Learning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.
Technical Skills Required
Programming: Python proficiency.
Mathematics/Statistics: Linear algebra, calculus, probability.
Machine Learning: Supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning techniques.
NLP: Tokenization, POS tagging, named entity recognition,
LLMs & Gen AI: Langchain experience, fine-tuning LLMs, Prompt Engineering.
Data Prep: Cleaning, normalization, handling imbalanced datasets.
Databases: SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
Cloud Platforms: Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
APIs: FastAPI or Flask experience.
Soft Skills
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. And above all: an undying love for beer!
