Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable data science solutions, optimizing large-scale data pipelines in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Architect advanced machine learning models, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and ensemble methods, and apply statistical analysis to derive actionable business insights.
• Utilize statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and optimization techniques to extract valuable business intelligence.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of data science projects, from data acquisition, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to model development, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
• Implement robust MLOps workflows for model training, deployment, versioning, and monitoring, and conduct A/B testing to validate model performance.

Required Skills:

• Expert proficiency in Python, essential data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), and R, with extensive experience in machine learning frameworks (XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in building scalable data pipelines using tools like Apache Spark and Dask, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Expertise in MLOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD) complemented by strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Plotly Dash) and solid business acumen.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, recommendation systems, or real-time data processing technologies like Kafka and Flink.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI practices.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a track record of published research in relevant fields.
