Your Impact

You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying robust, modular, scalable, and reproducible machine learning models for various customer value management and personalization applications. You will adapt and fine-tune these models to ensure they deliver significant business value and meet specific client needs.

Your role will involve developing novel machine learning models and algorithms to address emerging business challenges and opportunities within customer value management. You will also conduct hyperparameter tuning, model validation, and performance optimization to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.

Additionally, you will curate, wrangle, and prepare data for advanced analytics models, ensuring the delivery of high-quality input features.

Our current technology stack includes Python, ibis, PySpark, and our open-source data pipelining framework, Kedro. We support deployment using Docker, Databricks, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. Our CI/CD processes leverage Github Actions, and we manage package publishing with JFrog Artifactory and internal tools. We are actively exploring the integration of Generative AI tools to enhance our capabilities, including automated deployment.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 1+ years of professional experience and proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, scalable, and robust Python code.
• Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models for advanced analytics use cases.
• Practical knowledge of data science concepts and best practices, including feature engineering, model validation, and hyperparameter tuning.
• Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, ibis), containerization (e.g., Docker), and analytics libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy, scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and Databricks is a plus.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies, including interfacing with foundational models (e.g., OpenAI GPT-4), designing AI Agents, and prompt engineering for various content creation tasks.
