Model Development & Deployment

Design, build, and deploy machine learning models end-to-end, encompassing problem framing, production serving, and performance monitoring. Proactively identify and mitigate quality or delivery risks associated with model architecture, training approaches, or data assumptions. Develop and optimize Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems for question answering, sentiment analysis, entity extraction, intent classification, and semantic search. Build and deploy Large Language Model (LLM)-powered applications across diverse industries and use cases.

Data & Pipeline Ownership

Design and own data pipelines that feed machine learning models, moving beyond simply consuming data provided by data engineers. Build document comprehension and information extraction pipelines utilizing deep learning and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies. Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based systems for dynamically building knowledge bases from unstructured data.

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

Work directly with enterprise clients to translate business problems into effective machine learning solutions. Collaborate meaningfully with architects, engineers, and product stakeholders, bringing strong technical judgment to shape projects. Contribute to Ideas2IT's AI practice by developing internal tools, frameworks, and standards that guide AI development.

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves

• 3–8 years of hands-on Data Science experience, including statistics, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Strong Python programming skills and software development fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of Transformer architectures and modern LLM fundamentals.
• Foundational knowledge of classical deep learning architectures (RNN, LSTM, CNN) and their applicability.
• Production experience with at least one deep learning framework: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• Experience in NLP tasks such as Natural Language Inference (NLI), question answering systems, sentiment analysis, and entity extraction.
• Experience with semantic and syntactic pre-processing pipelines.

Good-to-Haves

• Hands-on exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, LangChain, or RAG pipelines.
• Experience in agentic AI development using cloud or open-source frameworks.
