Role Overview

The Harris Poll is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join the BERA.ai team. This role focuses on causal inference and marketing measurement within a high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Causal & Marketing Measurement Modeling: Design, build, and validate models (MMM, incrementality testing) that measure the causal impact of marketing activities.
• Bayesian Modeling: Develop probabilistic programming solutions using PyMC or Stan to quantify uncertainty and produce decision-ready estimates.
• Model Validation & Iteration: Rigorously test assumptions, perform sensitivity analysis, and iterate on approaches as new data emerges.
• Business Insights: Translate complex statistical findings into clear business strategies for marketing leaders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering to operationalize modeling outputs into scalable, automated product features.
