Data Scientist

USEReady is seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join their Decision Intelligence Practice in Bengaluru / Bangalore, India. This permanent role focuses on developing and deploying advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate will build and maintain machine learning, Gen-AI, and Agentic AI-based solutions, collaborating closely with sales and presales teams for solution ideation and pitches. You will implement AI/ML workflows, leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI where appropriate, and be responsible for documenting and communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, with 2-5 years of experience in data science and machine learning. Strong Python programming skills, including experience with Jupyter/Colab, are essential. A solid understanding of ML algorithms, NLP basics, and cloud platforms is required, along with familiarity with Generative AI concepts and Agentic frameworks. Knowledge of Snowflake is considered beneficial. Core competencies include an analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
