Data Scientist

hackajob is partnering with Polytope Systems India to recruit a talented Data Scientist for their AI team in Bengaluru. This role involves building and deploying machine learning models for Polytope's AI products, focusing on predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and natural language processing for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include developing and evaluating ML models, working with large-scale datasets using Spark and Snowflake, collaborating with data engineers on feature pipelines, running experiments, and communicating findings to product stakeholders. The role also requires contributing to internal ML tooling and best practices. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in data science or ML engineering, strong Python skills with PyTorch or scikit-learn, a solid understanding of statistical modeling and ML fundamentals, experience with SQL and data pipeline tools, and excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
