Full Job Description
HP Inc. is seeking a Full-Stack Data Scientist to join our Personal Systems Statistical Forecasting & Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) team in Bengaluru/Bangalore, India. This role involves collaborating with business units, regions, and functions across multiple domains to design and develop tools and solutions for critical business problems, specifically in Demand Planning and Supply Chain.
In this position, you will work closely with senior data scientists and subject matter experts to build, enhance, and maintain scalable Machine Learning (ML) based web applications and solutions. Your contributions will be vital to advancing forecasting and analytics for HP's Personal Systems worldwide.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 to 6 years of total professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A foundational understanding of Machine Learning/AI Agents concepts and Statistics.
- Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with at least one front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular).
- Basic knowledge of a backend language such as Java, Node.js, or Python.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Experience with databases such as MS SQL or Oracle SQL.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to design analytics solutions, simulations, and models to address complex business challenges.
